Upper Bayview Dental is able to help you with routine care that aims to enhance your oral health. We take pride in our comfortable and relaxing office environment, that will put your mind at ease while we care for your smile. We know that every great smile–your smile–is the sign that we’ve done our job to provide the highest level of care.
Our highly trained staff is equipped to treat a variety of dental issues. We have digital x-rays that enable our staff to gain a better understanding of your condition. After we determine the procedure that will improve your smile, we’ll guide you through the process. We are also an office that offers 90 minute, ZOOM teeth whitening in Newmarket. If you need a more intensive procedure, we offer nitrous oxide sedation that will allow you to relax as we care for your smile. If you’re living with pain, we encourage you to call our dental office and schedule an appointment.
Dr. Reem Kakish
Dr. Kakish graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2005, and then proceeded to the University of Western Ontario to complete a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.
In 2005, Dr. Kakish entered an internship program in the Royal Medical Services Hospital in Jordan, which focused on providing comprehensive dental care and support.
Passion for dentistry runs in the family, following in the footsteps of her mother.
She enjoys working with both children and adults.
Dr. Kakish comes to our office to provide removal of wisdom teeth with or without IV sedation, tissue grafting, and periodontal surgery.
She is a very talented surgeon with a friendly, calming personality.
DR. RAYMOND ZHU
Dr. Raymond Zhu completed a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Toronto, and subsequently moved back to his hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Dentistry, and his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Manitoba.
At both universities, he was on the Dean’s Honor List, recognizing him as one of the top students in his class. Dr. Zhu received the distinguished University Gold Medal for graduating with the highest standing in Dentistry.
In addition to graduating at the top of his class, he attained numerous awards in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, denture prosthesis, and implant therapy and will be able to provide all his patients with comprehensive dental treatment.
Upon graduation, he was personally asked to teach at the faculty for his unwavering commitment to quality care, attention to detail and high ethical standards. For making such an important impact on his students, Dr. Zhu won the Salute to Excellence Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence.
He has also attended numerous continuing education courses to provide his patients with up-to-date and quality care.
He practices all aspects of general dentistry and loves to treat patients of all ages and their families.
He combines skill and experience with a kind, caring attitude and a gentle touch.
He listens attentively and works with you to improve and maintain your oral health.
Dr. Zhu is a highly regarded dentist by both his patients and his colleagues due to his personality, practice philosophy, clinical skills and kind gentle manner.
Dr. Zhu, along with his wife, Evelyn, and son, Benjamin reside in Aurora, and they are very excited to look after patients within this community.
