I had the most awesome experience at Upper Bayview Dental. I had my dental crown done here. It was a very tricky situation and Doctor Zhu was very patient with my questions and I had a lot of questions. I never felt rushed at all and Doctor Zhu was always able to address my concerns with actionable solutions and the result was perfect. All of the office staff were very friendly and professional. You can expect top-notch, high-quality service plus a lot more. I would highly recommend this dental office for anyone who's looking for a new dentist or just maybe need a second opinion on your dental needs, I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ray Zu from Maple. He moved the other place on Maj Mac and Jane now he is at Newmarket. I feel that the staff is like family. Ray, his wife Evelin and son are amazing. They are my Family.

Dr. Zhu is amazing! He fixed a dental issue I had that my previous dentist wasn’t able to. He also takes the time to carefully explain what he’s doing and why. He’s also amazing with kids! My son went to Dr. Zhu as well and had no tears. The staff are incredibly kind and professional.

Dr. Zhu is the most professional dentist I have come across. My father has been experiencing very complicated issues with his teeth, which would be very costly and challenging to resolve. But Dr. Zhu came up with several viable, comprehensive and cost-effective solutions with his attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism, and has guided us through the difficult decision making process. We are extremely happy with the result with his outstanding skills as well!

Dr Zhu is an amazing dentist. Honestly, I will be doing that drive from Bradford to get my teeth clean. It's worth the drive. From the hygienist to the staff members, you are all phenomenal. Dr. Shawky made an excellent choice handing it over to Dr. Zhu. Ps: First time falling asleep under an hygienist lol. That speaks volumes. You won't regret it.
